What ages are the letters best suited for?

I’ve combined my early years teaching background with magical storytelling to create letters that inspire imagination for children aged 3–10. The whole family will love the yoga and affirmation cards.
Younger kids love the illustrations and hearing the stories read aloud, while early readers enjoy discovering the magic themselves. Save the letters in a special folder- re-reading them makes the messages even more meaningful over time.

My son doesn't like jewellery- will he still enjoy the necklace and charms?

Absolutely! While it might seem like “jewellery,” the necklaces and charms aren’t presented that way. They’re tokens of the animal’s special traits and mindful lessons shared in each letter - like bravery, creativity, fun, and resilience.

Kids love collecting them once they understand the meaning behind them. Some wear it, others hang by their bed or keep them in their folder as a growing collection of “brave moment” reminders.

Of course, you can cancel anytime if he doesn’t absolutely love it ... but people don't.

Do 6-month and 12-month subscriptions renew?

A 6-month subscription automatically renews once, delivering all 12 magical letters. If you’d like to stop it, just let me know. The 12-month subscription is a one-time payment. Want the magic to continue? The Fairy Mail Club flows on perfectly.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Just log into your account and manage your subscription there, or email me at admin@onesonnyday.com.au and I’ll sort it out for you.

Can I send as a gift?

Absolutely- it's a magical gift that keeps on giving- perfect for a grandchild, niece, nephew, or any special little person. Just enter their details at checkout, and I’ll handle the rest. You can even download a special certificate to let them know their magic mail is on the way!

If you need it for their birthday ASAP just send me an email and I will pop it in the mail.

Do I need a subscription for each child in my home?

If your little ones are happy to share, you can add multiple names to one
envelope. If you'd like each child to receive their own necklace and collectable charms - just email me. For children who prefer their own letter, I recommend subscribing separately for each of them.

Where are the letters sent from?

All letters are posted by me from my sunny Brisbane studio in Australia... and I ship worldwide.

Overseas families can add the keepsake folder for an extra shipping fee.

When will my letter be sent?

Letters are sent on the 1st of each month via Australia Post’s standard letter service. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days, but please allow up to 14 business days during busy periods or more remote addresses.

What if my letter goes missing in the mail?

After mailing thousands and thousands of letters, only one has ever gone missing. Just let me know if it still hasn't arrived after 14 days and I will pop a new one in the mail straight away.

Are the letters personalised?

Each envelope is addressed directly to your child/ren. Just add their names and address in the text box next to the ‘Add to Cart’ button, then enter their details in the Shipping section at checkout and your details in the Billing section.

Will I ever receive the same letter twice?

Magic Mail Club is a 12-month journey with a new letter each month. If you take a break and rejoin later, just let me know so I can make sure you pick up right where you left off.

How do I update my shipping address?

Log into your account, go to ‘My Subscription,’ and update your shipping details before the 19th of the month. If you need help, just send me an email and I will do it for you.

How do I manage my subscription?

In your order confirmation email, you'll find a ‘Manage Subscription’ link. Click it to update your details, pause, or cancel your subscription. If you get stuck, I’m happy to help- just reach out anytime.
