What is the difference between Fairy Mail Club and Magic Mail Club?
Fairy Mail Club is our original magical letter subscription, filled with fairy adventures, meaningful messages, activities and a special surprise each month.
Magic Mail Club brings a little more mindfulness into the magic. Each month a Dreamkeeper and their animal friend share a meaningful life lesson, along with an affirmation card, yoga activity and collectible charm.
Both are designed to create magical childhood memories while gently encouraging confidence, kindness and resilience.
What ages are the letters best suited for?
Our magical mail clubs are created for young children, with every letter and activity designed using my 25+ years as an early years teacher.
Fairy Mail Club is perfect for little fairy lovers who enjoy imagination, magical adventures, kindness and collecting special surprises.
Magic Mail Club includes gentle messages and fun activities designed to build confidence, calm, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Younger children love having the letters read aloud, while early readers enjoy discovering the magic themselves. Keep each letter tucked safely away in their special folder, so the messages, activities and little lessons can be revisited whenever they need them as they grow.
Do 6-month and 12-month subscriptions renew?
This depends on which club you choose.
Fairy Mail Club:
There are 24 letters in total. The 6-month subscription automatically renews so your child can continue their Fairy Mail journey. The 12-month option is a one-off payment.
Magic Mail Club:
There are 12 letters in total. The 6-month option renews once to complete the 12-letter journey. The 12-month option is a one-off payment.
You can cancel before renewal at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Simply use the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation email, or email me at admin@onesonnyday.com.au and I’ll happily sort it out for you.
Are the letters just for girls?
Not at all!
Both Fairy Mail Club and Magic Mail Club are created for any child who loves imagination and a little magic.
The stories and activities explore things like kindness, courage, friendship, confidence and resilience.
If your child isn't drawn to traditional fairy gifts, Magic Mail Club can be a wonderful option too, with animal characters, mindful activities and collectible charms.

Do I need a subscription for each child in my home?
Not necessarily.
If your children are happy to share, you can include multiple names on the one envelope.
Fairy Mail Club: Extra monthly gifts can be added for siblings.
Magic Mail Club: Extra necklaces and collectible charms can also be arranged for siblings.
If each child would prefer their own letter and individual magical experience, I recommend a separate subscription for each child.
Can I send Snail Mail as a gift?
Absolutely! Both clubs make beautiful gifts for grandchildren, nieces, nephews or any special little person.
Simply enter the recipient's details at checkout and I’ll take care of the rest.
You can also download a special gift certificate so they know their magical mail is already on its way.
Where are the letters sent from and do you ship Worldwide?
Every letter is packed and posted by me from my sunny Brisbane studio in Australia.
Both Fairy Mail Club and Magic Mail Club can be sent worldwide.
Australian postage is $1.90 and International postage is $4.00.
When will my letter be sent?
The mailing dates are slightly different for each club:
Fairy Mail Club: Letters are posted on the 19th of each month. If you join between the 18th - 31st, your first letter will be mailed on the 1st of the month.
Magic Mail Club: Letters are posted on the 1st of each month. If you join between the 1st and 15th, your first letter may be sent on the 19th so you don't have to wait until the following month.
Delivery is typically 7-10 business days, although please allow up to 14 business days during busy periods.
Are the letters personalised?
Each envelope is personally addressed to your child or children.
Simply enter their name/s when ordering and I’ll take care of the rest.
Will I ever receive the same letter twice?
No. Both clubs follow their own magical journey, with a different letter each month.
If you pause your subscription and return later, just let me know and I can make sure your child continues from the correct place.
How do I update my shipping address?
Email me or use the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation email to update your shipping details.
Please update your address before your next month's mail is prepared, otherwise your letter may already be on its way to the previous address.

How do I manage my subscription?
Your order confirmation email contains a Manage Subscription link.
From there you can update your details, pause or cancel your subscription.
And if you get stuck, just reach out - I'm always happy to do it for you.
