What ages are the letters best suited for?
Designed for ages 3-10, using my 25+ years as an early years teacher.
Younger children love having the letters read aloud, while early readers enjoy discovering the magic themselves.
(The messages often become even more meaningful as they’re re-read over time.)
Do 6-month and 12-month subscriptions renew?
The Fairy Mail subscription is a year-long magical journey with 18 unique letters. A 6-month subscription will automatically renew twice, ensuring you receive all 18 letters. If you'd prefer it not to renew, just let me know.
The 12-month subscription is a one-time payment. If you'd like the magic to continue beyond the year, just let me know.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Just log into your account and manage your subscription there, or email me at admin@onesonnyday.com.au and I’ll sort it out for you.
Are the letters just for girls?
Not at all-this is for any child who believes in magic. The letters focus on kindness, courage, and resilience through fun, engaging activities.
Some gifts are traditionally “girly” (like friendship bracelets or crystals), but they’re simply keepsakes that help children hold onto the fairies message.

Do I need a subscription for each child in my home?
If your little ones are happy to share, you can add multiple names to one envelope. If you'd like each child to receive their own special gift, I can easily add extras- just email me. For children who prefer their own letter, I recommend subscribing separately for each of them.
Can I send Fairy Mail as a gift?
Absolutely! Fairy Mail makes the perfect gift for a grandchild, niece, nephew, or any special little person in your life. Just enter their details at checkout, and I’ll make sure their fairy letter arrives just for them. You can also download a special certificate to let them know their magic mail is on the way.
Where are the letters sent from and do you ship Worldwide?
All letters are posted by me from my sunny Brisbane studio in Australia... and I ship worldwide.
Australian postage is $1.90 and International postage is $3.50.
When will my letter be sent?
- Your first letter is sent on the 19th or the 1st of the month.
- Ongoing letters are posted on the 19th each month
- Delivery is typically 7–10 business days (please allow up to 14 during busy periods).
Are the letters personalised?
Each envelope is addressed to your child/ren.
Simply enter their name/s before checkout and I’ll take care of the rest.
Will I ever receive the same letter twice?
Fairy Mail is a 18-month journey with a new letter each month. If you take a break and
rejoin later, just let me know so I can make sure you pick up right where you left off.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log into your account, go to ‘My Subscription,’ and update your shipping details. If it’s after the 18th of the month, your letter may still go to your old address, so please update it before then.
Alternatively, if you need help, just send me an email and I will sort it for you.
How do I manage my subscription?
In your order confirmation email, you'll find a ‘Manage Subscription’ link. Click it to update your details, pause, or cancel your subscription. If you get stuck, I’m happy to help- just reach out anytime!
