One Sonny Day has been bringing childhood magic to families since 2013. Every character, story and mission is thoughtfully created by me, Col - professional artist with more than 25 years' teaching the Early Years.

This isn’t  AI-generated fairy mail. Every Dreamkeeper Fairy began as an original hand-painted artwork, with each experience carefully created to spark imagination, kindness, courage and confidence through play.

What ages is Fairy Mail Club best for?
Fairy Mail Club is designed for little dreamers aged 3–9. Younger children love having their fairy letters read aloud, while older children can discover the magic for themselves. If your child still believes in fairies and loves imaginative play, they’re right in the magical sweet spot!

Will my child lose interest?
Fairy Mail Club is designed as an unfolding adventure, so there’s always something new to discover. Different Dreamkeeper Fairies, stories, surprise gifts and magical missions keep the experience fresh - and the excitement of finding a real fairy letter in the mailbox is a big part of the magic!

Is Fairy Mail Club worth it?
For many families, Fairy Mail becomes one of those little childhood rituals they treasure. Children wait for the post, reread their letters, keep their fairy treasures and become completely immersed in the fairy world. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no pressure to continue if Fairy Mail Club is no longer right for your family. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, and you can manage your subscription through your account or simply email me and I’ll happily help.

Is Fairy Mail Club just for girls?
Not at all! Fairy Mail Club is for any child who loves fairies, imagination and magic. The stories explore universal themes such as kindness, courage, friendship and believing in yourself. Can I send Fairy Mail Club as a gift?
Absolutely - it makes a beautiful gift that keeps the magic going long after the special day. Enter the child’s name and delivery address at checkout and I’ll take care of the rest. If you need something to give them straight away, you can also download a beautiful Fairy Mail certificate to reveal that their first magical delivery is on its way.

Can siblings share Fairy Mail Club?
Absolutely. I can address one fairy letter to multiple children so they can share the adventure together. If you’d like an extra surprise gift included for each sibling, these can be added for $4 per child per month. If each child would prefer their own individual fairy experience, separate subscriptions are best.

Where does Fairy Mail come from?
Every fairy delivery is prepared and posted by me from my Brisbane studio in Australia - with Fairy Mail travelling to little dreamers around the world.

When will our Fairy Mail be sent?
Ongoing Fairy Mail is posted on the 19th of each month. If you subscribe between the 13th–31st, your first letter is sent on the 1st of the month, so you don’t have to wait too long for the magic to begin. Please allow up to 14 business days for untracked delivery. 

What if I need it urgently for a gift? Need it quickly for a birthday? Just email me and I’ll fast-track it. You can also download a beautiful certificate so they know their magic is on its way from you.

Are the letters personalised?
Each magical envelope is addressed to your child by name, making the moment it appears in their mailbox feel extra special. Simply add their name/s when ordering and I’ll take care of the rest.

What if our Fairy Mail goes missing?
It’s very rare, but fairy mail can occasionally take an unexpected detour! If your letter hasn’t arrived after 14 business days, please get in touch and I’ll help make sure the magic reaches you.

How do I manage my subscription?
You’ll find a Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation email where you can update your details, pause or cancel. You can always email me if you’d rather I do it for you.
