Portrait FAQ's
★ Portraits cost a total of $545AU and include registered postage throughout Australia. Registered overseas postage is $40AU.
★ It’s a $75 deposit to book a spot. The remaining 2 payments of $235 will be due after you approve the initial painting and on completion of the portrait.
★ There’s unlimited revisions, to ensure you are 100% happy at the end.
★ All portraits are painted onto beautiful A3 300gsm French paper to fit standard sized frames. I only paint one child per portrait.
★ Afterpay, Paypal, Credit Card and Bank transfer are all payment options.

What is the Process
- In the days following your booking you will be sent a welcome email outlining the process and confirming when your portrait cycle will commence. If you would like it for a specific date (a birthday, christening, baby shower etc) that is already booked out, I will try to accommodate you wherepossible. Please note portraits take about 4-6 weeks to complete.
- Two weeks before starting, I will send you a couple of emails guiding you on how to choose the best photo and design choice.
- Two to three weeks later, I send through the initial painting for you to approve. $235 payment is due.
- About two weeks later, I'll send through the completed masterpiece to approve before the final payment of $235 is due. Feel free to request any tweaks, and I'll promptly send you the revised images. .Once you are 100% happy, it's ready to be posted.
- Enjoy your beautiful portrait for years to come
There are 2 approval points and unlimited revisions, to ensure you are 100% happy at the end.

- International registered shipping with signature of delivery is $40 Aud.
- After 11 years of sending portraits all over the world, I have never had a portrait lost or damaged.

We have now had 2 portraits painted by Col for our 2 oldest daughters and are on her books for our 3rd daughter. The detail and the pure essence that Col captured in the recent portrait that she did for our middle daughter showed her cheeky personality and deep dark eyes. I’ve looked at my daughter’s pictures so many times, they are imprinted in my soul. It’s heartbreaking knowing there will never be a new image of Eva. Yet, Col has provided that for us. After seeing the magical prints she painted of my friends’ daughters, I knew this was the perfect way to celebrate our precious girl’s seventh birthday last year.
Col made sure every detail I wanted was included, and listened with a few other suggestions. She was compassionate and so easy to work with. I also appreciate her detailed updates while she was working on the print.
I didn’t show Eva's father until it arrived, he was stunned in the best way. Thank you dear Col for capturing the essence of our beloved daughter. Even though no one else can see her, we are forever connected, she lives in our hearts every day. Our son Freddie passed away in 2021 at 4.5 months old, and as I navigated grief and the loss community I kept seeing Col’s beautiful portraits pop up. We decided for his fourth birthday this year we would have Col paint our beautiful boy, and we are so thrilled with the way she has captured his cheeky face and personality. Col was so warm and empathetic throughout the whole process, and her care and attention to detail is so evident.
