Fairy Mail is posted Worldwide from Australia on the 19th of each month. If you subscribe between the 13th- 31st, your first love letter will be posted on the 1st of the month. 

If you need this for a birthday etc, email me and I will pop it straight in the mail. I can also send a certificate so the recipient knows you contacted the Dreamkeeper Fairies for them.

Shipping costs are $1.90 in Australia and $3.50 for International subscribers.

What ages are the letters best suited for?

I’ve combined my early years teaching experience with magical storytelling to create letters that spark imagination for ages 3 to 10 (even some adults subscribe!). Younger kids love the illustrations and hearing the stories read aloud, while early readers enjoy discovering the magic themselves. Save the letters in a special folder- re-reading them makes the messages even more meaningful over time.

Do 6-month and 12-month subscriptions renew?

A 6-month subscription automatically renews twice, delivering all 18 magical letters. If you’d like to stop it, just let me know. The 12-month subscription is a one-time payment. Want the magic to continue? The Magic Mail Club flows on perfectly.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Just log into your account and manage your subscription there, or email me at admin@onesonnyday.com.au and I’ll sort it out for you.

Are the letters just for girls?

The Fairy Mail Club is for any child who believes in magic- boys and girls alike! The letters share messages of kindness, resilience, and bravery with fun missions and activities all kids love.

There are also a few more traditionally “girly” gifts, like friendship bracelets, nail stickers and face crystals (which my six-year-old son loves!). But they’re not about being “girly” - they’re tangible reminders of the fairies’ message, helping children carry the lesson with them long after the letter is read.

Can I send Fairy Mail as a gift?

Absolutely- it's a magical gift that keeps on giving- perfect for a grandchild, niece, nephew, or any special little person. Just enter their details at checkout, and I’ll handle the rest. You can even download a special certificate to let them know their magic mail is on the way!

If you need it for their birthday ASAP just send me an email and I will pop it in the mail.

Do I need a subscription for each child in my home?

If your little ones are happy to share, you can add multiple names to one
envelope. If you'd like each child to receive their own special gift, I can
easily add extras for $4 per child- just email me. For children who prefer their own letter, I recommend subscribing separately for each of them.

Where are the letters sent from?

All letters are posted by me from my sunny Brisbane studio in Australia... and I ship worldwide.

When will my letter be sent?

Your first letter will be mailed on the 1st of the month. After that, all letters are sent on the 19th of each month via Australia Post’s standard letter service. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days, but please allow up to 14 business days during busy periods or more remote addresses.

Are the letters personalised?

Each envelope is addressed directly to your child/ren. Just add their names and address in the text box next to the ‘Add to Cart’ button, then enter their details in the Shipping section at checkout and your details in the Billing section.

What if my letter goes missing in the mail?

After mailing thousands and thousands of letters, only one has ever gone missing. Just let me know if it still hasn't arrived after 14 days and I will pop a new one in the mail straight away.

Will I ever receive the same letter twice?

Fairy Mail Club is an 18-month journey with a new letter each month. If you take a break and rejoin later, just let me know so I can make sure you pick up right where you left off.

How do I update my shipping address?

Log into your account, go to ‘My Subscription,’ and update your shipping details before the 12th of the month. If you need help, just send me an email and I will do it for you.

How do I manage my subscription?

In your order confirmation email, you'll find a ‘Manage Subscription’ link. Click it to update your details, pause, or cancel your subscription. If you get stuck, I’m happy to help- just reach out anytime!
